Founder
& director



Sifiso Mbuyazi is the founding member of Mnotho Will Foundation and Director of Silo Group. With extensive experience in executive leadership, enterprise development, and community empowerment, he provides strategic direction for the Foundation and champions initiatives that create opportunities for underserved communities.

His passion lies in developing education, supporting entrepreneurs, and helping communities build self-sustaining futures.

Mr Vela Manyoni is a director at Clique Events Solutions.
After building his career in mainstream media at M-Net
Television and Highway Radio, he launched his own agency,
delivering media planning, production, and PR for corporate
and government clients.

He served as Project Manager for community radio stations
during the 2010 FIFA World Cup, working closely with
eThekwini Municipality’s Communications Unit, and his
agency has also researched and drafted Mayoral speeches for the Municipality. This experience adds significant value
to the foundation’s project planning and execution.

Senzeni Chikuni holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from
the University of Zimbabwe and is currently pursuing her
Chartered Accountant qualification. With over 10 years’
experience in the social development sector, she has
served as both a bookkeeper and accountant, including
at River of Life Projects, a Zimbabwean NGO focused on
healthcare and self-sustaining programmes supported
by USAID, FAO and DFID. Her financial management expertise
and sector experience are strategic to the organisation’s
success.
