Mnotho Will Foundation is a non-profit organisation established to advance socio-economic development initiatives, primarily in communities where Silo Group operates.
Founded on the belief that meaningful development extends beyond physical infrastructure, the Foundation was created to provide long-term support to underserved communities through education, skills development, enterprise growth, and community empowerment.

Founder & director
Sifiso Mbuyazi is the founding member of Mnotho Will Foundation and Director of Silo Group.
With extensive experience in executive leadership, enterprise development, and community empowerment, he provides strategic direction for the Foundation and champions initiatives that create opportunities for underserved communities.
His passion lies in developing education, supporting entrepreneurs, and helping communities build self-sustaining futures.
